It was a nice experience dealing with your(Arun Seth and Co.) wakad Sanskriti project. The process of site visit--> discussion -->doubt clearing -->flat booking was pretty smooth and very good. Very cooperative in terms of clearing all of the doubts whether it is related to legal/approvals/government process or any general queries. Also very helpful with all the formalities. The flats are spacious having good lighting and ventilation. You are also very good at understanding the problems/concerns raised and have handled them properly. Finally would like to say keep the good work up and hoping to get similar kind of committed service in future :).

Hi, thanks for giving an opportunity to share the feedback. The company has been so much co-operative that you could get lots of stuff done no matter where you are in the world. Entire staff has a good welcoming gestures since the day of my first site visit. The construction quality is good, location is prime, all the facilities listed in the brochure are all given in described manner. The company is trustworthy, most of their projects are in the approved lists of major loan providers such as SBI, LIC. Everytime, quick response on all sorts of documentation requests throughout the buying process. Well Done! Keep it up!
